Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of YesNoMaybe websites, progressive web apps, punchout apps powered by the same engine, and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

1. Hard age gate — no exceptions

The Service is for adults only.

You may use the Service only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old and at least the age of majority in the place where you live, if that age is higher than 18. There is no “almost 18,” no parental consent, no school-account exception, and no “I will verify later” exception.

By creating an account, buying credits, uploading a photo, answering questions, or remaining on the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older (or the higher local majority age); that you will not permit a person under 18 to use your account, device, or payment method; that every photo you upload depicts only people who are 18 or older; and that the date of birth and identity information you give us is true.

If you are under 18, leave now. Do not create an account. Do not upload photos. Do not attempt to buy credits.

We will terminate any account we believe belongs to, is used by, or is intended for a person under 18. We will preserve records as required by law and may report the matter to law enforcement, card networks, our payment processor, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (or the equivalent authority where you live).

2. Age and identity verification — mandatory, not optional

Access is a privilege we can condition on proof.

Age and identity checks are not an honor-system checkbox. When we require proof, the check is run by an independent third-party verification service we select (government ID, liveness / selfie match, and date-of-birth confirmation). We may also run payment-method name and address checks and ask for more documents if anything is unclear.

When it is required. You must complete third-party verification before you purchase credits and before you enter the matching pool (receive a batch, appear in someone else’s batch, exchange photos, or open chat). Building an anonymous alias and answering questions may be allowed first. Paying, matching, and meeting tools are not. We may also require the check again after you join or after you pay if anything looks wrong. We may change vendors. These Terms will not always name the current vendor.

Refusal, delay, incomplete files, unreadable images, mismatched names, expired ID, obviously altered ID, use of another person’s ID, or any other failure to satisfy verification is treated as a failed verification.

A failed verification means we may immediately freeze the account; block matching, photos, chat, and credit spend; refuse or reverse pending purchases where the processor allows it; permanently close the account; keep unused credits as liquidated costs of review except where a law requires a refund; and treat any purchase made by or for a person under 18 as voidable, with those credits forfeited except where a law requires a refund.

You have no right to finish verification “when you feel like it.” If we ask, you complete it on the timeline we state. If you cannot verify, you do not belong on the Service. We may re-verify you after a password reset, a new device, a new payment method, a chargeback, a user report, or any event we treat as risk.

3. Zero tolerance — suspicion is enough to stop you

We do not wait for courtroom proof of age. We act on risk.

We may freeze or close an account, without prior notice, if we see or receive anything remotely suggesting that the user may be under 18; that a photo may depict a minor or a person who cannot be confirmed as an adult; that stated age, face, voice, writing style, school references, or documents do not line up; that someone is coaching a minor through the product; that a parent, partner, or friend is running the account for a person who has not passed verification; that a banned person is trying again under a new alias; that verification was spoofed, deep-faked, borrowed, or purchased; or that the payment card or wallet belongs to a person who is not the verified adult on the account.

“I did not mean to” and “it was a joke” are not defenses. We may err on the side of removal. We are not obligated to explain every signal we used. Repeat attempts after a ban are treated as abuse. We may block the device, payment instrument, affiliate code, and related accounts.

4. Minors, sexual content, and criminal material

You will not — and you will not attempt to — involve a person under 18 in any profile, photo, chat, question, or meeting arranged through the Service; upload, request, or link to child sexual abuse material, sexualized images of minors, or any content that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be under 18; ask another user their age in order to target minors; or use the Service for trafficking, grooming, or exploitation.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material. We will disable the account, preserve evidence as required, and report to the appropriate authorities. We will cooperate with lawful process from law enforcement and from our payment processors.

Adult conversation between verified adults, where a given app allows it, is not a license to skip age rules. Every human in every photo must still be a verified adult.

5. Photos and screening

Photos are identity for a matchmaking service. They are not a photo dump and they are not unreviewed.

Think of a physical matchmaking office. The pictures you would hand a matchmaker are the pictures we allow: a clear photo of you, dressed as you would be for a first introduction. A thong in the shower is not that. A posed shot that would embarrass you in that office is not that.

Each photo may show only you. One person. Group shots, friends, children, crowds, and anyone else in frame are rejected. You may upload only photos you have the right to use. Photos must not contain legal names, addresses, school names, ID numbers, or other data that would identify a minor.

No nudity. No sexual poses. No emphasis on breasts, buttocks, or genitals. No lingerie or underwear as the outfit. No drugs or drug use. No sexual toys or other sexual paraphernalia. No weapons. No hate symbols. Nothing that does not belong in a professional matchmaking file.

We may use human reviewers, automated tools, or both. We may refuse or delete any photo that fails these rules, fails an age check, or is simply not suitable for the Service. We do not have to debate taste. A photo that cannot be confirmed as depicting a single adult — you — is treated as a failed verification under Section 2. You may not push unsolicited images at another user outside the product’s request / approve photo flow.

6. Account, aliases, and responsibility

You receive a username and secret. You are responsible for every alias and every action under that account. You will not sell, rent, or give the account to another person; let a person who has not passed our age gate use it; run aliases for people who are not verified adults; or create extra accounts to evade a freeze, a ban, or verification. Unofficial matchmaking through extra aliases is allowed only for verified adults, and you remain responsible for every profile you operate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, extort, stalk, or defraud other users
• Scrape, flood, or attack the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service beyond ordinary use
• Game matching, ranks, or credits with bots or fake identities
• Impersonate another person in a deceptive way
• Use the Service for escorting, prostitution, or the sale of sexual acts
• Use stolen payment instruments

We may suspend or remove access for any of the above, or for conduct that would reasonably put our users, our company, or our payment processors at legal or network risk.

8. Matching is not a guarantee

YesNoMaybe schedules match batches from the answers you and others give. We do not guarantee meetings, relationships, honesty of other users, or safety offline. Use ordinary caution before meeting anyone. We are not a party to your offline conduct.

9. Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid right to use listed features (extra aliases, extra searches, extra results, introductions, and other in-product items). They are not cash, not a bank deposit, and they earn no interest. Unused credits do not accrue value.

Packs and prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are one-time. We do not place you on automatic recurring billing unless a separate optional product says so in plain language at checkout. Purchases are final once credits are delivered, except where law requires a refund or where we reverse a transaction for fraud or failed verification. Credits cannot be sold, traded, or cashed out. In-product gifts exist only where the product shows a gift tool, and only between verified adult accounts. We do not sell access to minors. A purchase by or for a person under 18 is voidable by us and those credits may be forfeited except where law requires a refund. A chargeback filed to dodge verification or a ban is grounds for permanent closure and for reporting to the processor.

The legal entity that sells credits on a given storefront is 123 Property Investment Group, Inc. d/b/a YesNoMaybe, or a successor we name on that storefront.

9A. This is not gambling

YesNoMaybe is a software matchmaking service. It is not a lottery, raffle, game of chance, or gambling product.

You buy credits to pay for processing: running your answers against the pool and delivering listed tools. Credits are not a wager and not a stake in an uncertain prize. The algorithm uses the answers people give. It is not a game of chance.

We do not guarantee a match, a meeting, or a relationship. Paying does not buy a person. Paying buys processing and delivery of the tools described at checkout.

10. Activity and removal

Inactive profiles may be frozen from new matches and later removed. Yes / No / Maybe and similar decisions follow product rules. We may remove content or accounts that fail these Terms even if the user is active.

11. Intellectual property

The YesNoMaybe name, branding, software, and question banks are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content to operate and protect the Service, including screening and verification.

12. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR ACCURACY OF MATCHES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, FOR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS, FOR FAILED OR ABSENT MATCHES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM AN OFFLINE MEETING. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 123 Property Investment Group, Inc. and its officers, agents, and processors against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your failure to tell the truth about your age, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Processors, law enforcement, and records

We may share account, verification, payment, and abuse data with our payment processors, card networks, age-verification vendors, and law enforcement when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, to prevent harm to minors, or to meet a legal duty. We keep records for the period our compliance program and the law require, including after an account is closed.

16. Changes

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be signaled on the site. Continued use is acceptance.

16A. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Hampshire have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a law gives you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.
