Refunds

Unused credits and packages bought by card may be refunded within 72 hours of purchase if the credits have not been spent. A credit is spent when a match is delivered, a Results Now match is delivered, an extra search or alias week has started, or a coach has already done the paid work (profile built, notes sent, session held, or the share was accepted and the alias edited). After that, write billing@yesnomaybe.love. We do not refund a free allowance. Card refunds go back to the same card.
