Privacy Policy

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies or ad tracking. We built it to stay private. Your device remembers three small things (that you're 21+, your language, and that you're signed in) using local storage on your phone or computer. None of it is sold or used for ads.

1. Who we are

YesNoMaybe is a private matchmaking service run by 123 Property Investment Group, Inc. d/b/a YesNoMaybe. For privacy questions or data requests, email legal@yesnomaybe.love. For help with your account, email support@yesnomaybe.love.

2. What we collect

• Account identifiers: generated username, passphrase verifier (we do not store your passphrase in plain text if hashed; implementation may evolve).
• Profile and search data: answers you choose to questions (About Me and Search), language preference, batch preferences, credit balance events.
• Match activity: batch results delivered to you, Yes/Maybe/No decisions, timestamps.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (e.g. approximate access times, error logs). We aim to minimize permanent device fingerprinting.

3. What we do not require

• We never store photos of your ID or the machine-readable strip on it. An independent age-check company runs the check before you buy credits or start matching. We keep only the result (passed, failed, or pending), the date, and a reference number.
• Public social graph access.

4. How we use data

• To operate matching, batches, credits, and the features you use.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To produce aggregated statistics (e.g. counts of active users) that do not identify you.
• To comply with law when required.

5. Photos and chat

Photo exchange and chat, when enabled, are controlled by mutual rules. Treat anything you share as sensitive. Do not share content you are not willing to have the other person retain.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal profile as a marketing list. We may use infrastructure processors (hosting, database, payments) and an independent third-party verification service under contracts that restrict their use of data. We don't name the current age-check company in this policy, but every provider is under contract to use your data only to do that job. Other users see only what the product allows for matches (compatibility signals, and later media you explicitly share).

7. Retention

Inactive accounts may be frozen or removed under our activity policy (see Terms). Change logs and backups exist for operational integrity and are pruned on a schedule.

8. Your choices

• Answer only questions you are comfortable with.
• Request closure via published support channels.

9. Security

We use industry-standard hosting and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure; use a unique passphrase and keep it private.

10. International users

Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our providers operate. If you need region-specific terms, email legal@yesnomaybe.love.

11. Children

YesNoMaybe is for adults only (21+, or the higher age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly serve minors. Under-21 use is banned. Failed or refused verification can freeze or close the account.

Verification data

When a check is required, an independent third-party verification service collects the ID and liveness proof. We receive a pass/fail (or pending) result, a vendor reference, and timestamps. We don't store ID images or ID data in our database. Affiliates never see your age-check status.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after notice on the site means you accept the updated policy.
